This set allows professional weighing technology to be quickly and easily mounted under the feet of a silo or other containers and structures. No need for a display unit or wiring.
Flexible load introduction
The special design of the load introduction with the mountable plate, which can move in all directions, compensates for tensions and inclinations in all directions.
High accuracy
The weighing modules use high-resolution shear force load cells, the same as those used in calibrated scales. These offer better resolution than the typically used round compression load cells for silo scales.
Weighing directly with your smartphone
Your smartphone replaces the display unit. Simply walk to the scale with your phone and read the weight directly in the app.
Ready to use immediately - no technical expertise needed
The weighing technology set is fully wired and tested by us. The electronics are calibrated with a test weight and the necessary parameters are set. You can start using the scale immediately after installation.

FAQ
What weighing applications can the weighing modules be used for?
The weighing modules can be used for any scale construction. They are ideal for installation under silo feet or other containers and structures.
Why are installation modules useful?
When using shear force load cells, a bending moment is created due to the horizontal offset of the force application. This bending moment must be neutralized by the structure to which the load cell is attached. This means the area where the load cell is fixed must be strong enough to safely absorb this bending moment without bending or distorting. In the case of a silo foot, this is usually not guaranteed, so the weighing module takes over this task. Additionally, the installation module secures the silo to the floor, preventing it from tipping over.
How strong is the anti-lift protection designed?
The Agris weighing modules' anti-lift protection is built into the load cell and load introduction itself, limited to the maximum load of the load cell. The module is therefore not suitable for tall outdoor silos, where strong wind forces could cause lifting. For tall outdoor silos, it is necessary to install further mechanical anti-lift protection (e.g. a spring or weight).
How accurate are the weighing modules?
The weighing modules are highly accurate and have a measurement accuracy of 0.02%.
How do I install the weighing module?
The weighing modules are easy to install and come with all necessary components for easy mounting and connection.
How is the module calibrated?
The system is already pre-calibrated by us and comes ready for use. After installation, no further calibration is required.
Can I connect the module to my smartphone?
Yes, the module uses Bluetooth to connect to your smartphone, and you can easily read the weight with the Agris SmartBeamPro app.
