Remote maintenance

If you need assistance using our software, our support staff can connect directly to your PC and work with you to resolve any outstanding issues. If you have an upstanding maintenance contract, this support is free for you.

We use a remote maintenance tool from TeamViewer, which does not require any installation on your PC. You need an upright internet connection on your PC.

  Start AGRIS Remote maintenance

Procedure:

• Klick on the [ Start AGRIS Remote maintenance ] button.
• Save the filei Agris-Fernwartung.exe.
• Open your downloads.
• Open the file Agris-Fernwartung.exe.
• If a security warning appears, you still need to run the file, it may be necessary to show more options.
• If a User Account Control window appears, you must allow the file to execute.
• The remote maintenance tool opens. Tell us the nine-digit ID mentioned in the remote maintenance tool. With this ID and our fixed password we can activate the remote control of your PC.
• Once you close the remote maintenance tool, we will not be able to access your PC.

If you have already installed a remote maintenance tool from TeamViewer on your PC, we can also use your existing tool.
