With the BW1 box, you no longer need a traditional weighing display. The weight is shown live on your phone, always within reach.

The BW1 modules support all common types of analog load cells (shear force, compression cells, S-cells, etc.) and are universally compatible with different types of scales, such as platform scales, silo scales, weigh beams, hydraulic scales, etc. – regardless of the manufacturer.

The intuitive app simplifies daily workflows and automates manual steps. Automatic summation, a special weighing mode for restless animals, ensure efficiency, safety, and time savings in use.

Existing scales can be modernized with just a few steps. Simply connect, configure the scale using the setup assistant in the app, and start weighing.

Which scales / weighing technology can this Bluetooth weighing module be used for?

The BW1 modules can be individually used for all types of scales (weigh beams, load feet, platforms, silo scales, etc.), all types of analog load cells (shear force cells, compression cells, S-cells, etc.) and all kinds of weighing applications – independent of the manufacturer.

How is the scale or the load cells connected?

For the BW1-A version, the weighing technology is connected to the 7-pin plug. If multiple load cells are used, they must first be combined via a junction box / connection box.

For the BW1-V version, it is a connection box for up to 4 load cells, and the weighing electronics and Bluetooth interface are directly integrated into the box.

Is the 7-pin plug absolutely necessary?

The 7-pin plug is included because it allows all Agris weighing technologies to be directly connected. Another plug can be mounted at any time, or the weighing technology can be wired directly. Only the 4 wires for power+, power-, signal+, and signal- need to be correctly wired. The wiring details are provided in the manual.
