Weighing technology for retrofitting fertilizer spreaders • turns your fertilizer spreader into a weighing spreader • ideal for controlling the amount of fertilizer applied • suitable for fertilizer spreaders with up to 2,000 kg capacity • load cells made of tool steel • standard weighing display B300 for mounting in the tractor cabin
Product Description
Turn your fertilizer spreader into a weighing spreader
By installing the weighing technology into your existing spreader, you can utilize the many advantages of a weighing spreader with your current machine.
Easily retrofitted to many spreader models
The weighing technology can be installed without much technical effort on many fertilizer spreader models, for example from the company Rauch.
Ideal also for smaller fertilizer spreaders
New fertilizer spreaders with weighing devices are often large and heavy. By retrofitting your existing fertilizer spreader, you can utilize modern technology even in your small spreader, allowing you to continue using your small maintenance tractor in the future.

FAQ
How and where should the weighing technology be installed?
The load cells must be installed in such a way that after installation, the fertilizer container only rests on the 4 load cells. No force transmission between the frame and the container may occur at any other point.
Which fertilizer spreaders can the weighing technology be installed on?
The installation works best on spreaders that have the container mounted on its own frame, which is secured to the subframe with screws. This condition is met by many models from Rauch. Installation on models without their own container frame is much more difficult.
What is the installation effort?
The pictures on this page show the installation in a Rauch MDS fertilizer spreader, and depending on the conditions, installation is completed in about ½ to 1 day.
Are the mounting plates for the load cell installation included in the scope of delivery?
No, these are made differently depending on the installation type and are usually custom-made from flat steel.
