Product description
Conveyor system with spiral screw
The conveying spiral does not run in a rigid tube as with conventional grain auger, but in a flexible hose. This makes the unit easier to transport, more flexible to use and more pleasant to use.
Works gently and quietly
Due to the low speed and the hose made of plastic, the material is transported gently with minimal dust generation. The very low noise level of the conveyor allows pleasant work without noise pollution.
Ideal supplement to grain cleaning plants
The screw conveyor can be perfectly combined with a grain cleaning machine, the capacity can be selected to match the throughput of the cleaner.
Robust and durable

Which hose variant is suitable for which operating conditions?
The standard version with the light (green) spiral hose should only be used for light requirements:
• Free-flowing material that does not tend to clog
• as few changes in direction of the hose as possible
• uniform pitch of the hose
• low power requirement of the spiral conveyor
In all other cases, the reinforced (black) hose should be used to avoid damage to the conveyor.

Screw conveyor
The conveyor can be used for all free-flowing bulk materials. The device is simply suspended from the top of the bracket and placed in the material at the bottom.
